I decided that because we can't have a garden this year that we would be able to do an alternative garden. This year we are doing GARDEN BUCKETS!!
You can go to pretty much any grocery store and ask them if they have any spare buckets that they would be willing to part with.
I was able to get a few of these buckets! It's great!
Next I took a drill and drilled holes in the bottom and the lower sides all the way around the buckets. you have to make sure that you drill the holes big enough to where worms can get in.
The last thing you want to do is get some dirt. You can use some from right outside or you can buy soil. But take dirt, leaves and food scraps and layer them one at a time in the bucket like you see in the picture to the left.
I did:
-Soil
-Leaves
-Food scraps
and then started all over again.
