Homemade Pumpkin Bread

Homemade Pumpkin Bread 


4 C Unbleached Flour 
4 Eggs 
1/2 C Vanilla Almond Milk 
2 Tsp Vanilla 
2 Tsp Baking Soda 
1 C Sugar 
1 C Unsalted Butter 
2 C Fresh Pumpkin Puree 
3 TBS All Spice 
3 TBS Cinnamon
3 TBS Poppy Seeds 

1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. 

2. Mix the flour, sugar, baking soda, and spices in a bowl. 

3. Mix the butter, pumpkin, almond milk and eggs in a separate bowl. 

4. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and stir until there everything is creamy. 

5. Grease the bottom and sides of a bread pan and add the mix until it has filled the pan half way. 
6. Put them in the oven for 50-60 minutes. Depending on the oven the times will vary a bit. Mine took about 1 hour total. You can check it by sticking a skewer or knife in it.
