Homemade Granola

Mmmmmmmmm..........Homemade Granola! 




What you will need:

2 Cup Oats
1/4 Cup Flax Meal
1/4 Cup Honey
Cinnamon to taste
Dried fruit (I like to go to Winco and get their CranStrawberries. YUMMY!)
Cookie Sheet

1. Mix the oats, flax meal, cinnamon into a bowl and mix it up.

2. If you have fresh honey add that. If your honey has solidified melt it back down and then add it to the mix.

3. Next, spread the mixture pretty evenly on a cookie sheet.

4. Bake it on 325 degrees for 20-30 minutes. Make sure to turn the mixture on the sheet every 10 minutes or so. It should be done when it's a golden brown color.

5. Lastly, when it's all cooled down, add the dried berried you have.

VOILA! GRANOLA!
