Protein Boost Breakfast Sandwich!

 I made this AMAZING almost complete vegetarian breakfast sandwich the other day! OMG IT WAS GOOD!!!


Here is the recipe:

Homemade rolls (we made homemade soft pretzels)
Cut the roll in half
Put on clover sprouts
Put on sliced avocado
Saute some mushrooms and onion with salt pepper ( 1 garlic clove if you wish)
Fry 2 eggs with salt and pepper

VOILA!!

That is the Protein Boost Breakfast Sandwich
