SAVE ON SERVICES, CLOTHES AND FUN!!!!

Today, I wanted to share other “saving tips” when it comes to shopping in general.

First, think about all the stores you visit when you go to in a month.

Now, think about the money you spend at each store and make an estimate of how much you spent in all.

Fred Meyer

You should make sure and get a Fred Meyer card. The cool thing about their member card is the fact that you can go online and setup an account. Once you have done that you can look through their ads online for coupons, clearance items and sale items. Plus you will get a weekly or monthly ad in your email that you can request. (This becomes VERY helpful if you are a “Black Friday shopper.”)

            This is an AWESOME website that had many coupons for various services. Some of the coupons are related to:

This is also an awesome website to become accustomed to. It has all the kid and family friendly events that cost money or not! If you sign up, for free, with them then you will receive emails of weekly events that are happening.

            This is also a REALLY good one to get accustomed to. When you click directly on the link it will take you to a page called “Movies in the Park.” These are movies that are shown in TONS of parks around and outside the Portland area. They are free and the only thing you need to bring is your family, lawn chairs and snacks! Worth it and you can watch it on a big screen!

CLOTHES 

          If you are the type of person who is always looking for a deal on clothes but can't afford the big top of the line brands but want the look, go to the GOODWILL OUTLET! This is different than the regular Goodwill store. In fact some people call them "The Bins!" 

           They have this name because it is a store that has TONS of bins filled with shoes, clothes, picture frames, kids clothes, toys, TV's, shampoo's,etc. This is the place to look for those expensive finds. My husband and I went one night and both of us found two BRAND NEW LEATHER JACKETS! Can you believe it!?
