A Simple Filling Breakfast for Two
Needed:
4 Corn Tortillas
8 Thin Slices of cheddar
2 Eggs
4 Red potatoes
4 Tbsp Olive Oil
1/4 tsp Chili Powder
Salt and Pepper to taste
Sriracha!
- Start by chopping and frying up the red potatoes.
- Heat up the tortillas and melt the cheese on them.
- Scramble the eggs.
- Put the eggs in the tortillas and the potatoes on the side.
- Cover what you will in SRIRACHA!
- Add some fruit, applesauce, etc. and you are good to go!
